If you prefer to pay by card, please text: “Pay by card” & an invoice will be prepared for you. Please note there is a $5.00 surcharge for this form of payment.

• We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if cancellation is made within 48-hours.

• If appointment is cancelled within 24-hours, deposit will be forfeited. 

• We charge $50 for all no-call/no show appointments.

• If the booked service is less than $50, the total amount of the service will be charged.

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your service may be cancelled.

• If funds are not able to be retrieved, balance must be paid prior to receiving any future services.

Withholding information can have adverse reactions, so we ask that you are as honest and forthcoming as can be. If your appointment has to be canceled due to an unknown contraindication during your visit, the deposit will be forfeited but will be applied to your next service. Please contact us with any questions that you may have that may prevent service at least 24- hours prior.

We are located inside of the North Berkeley Gardens, the big building with the red gate between Acme Bread and Berkeley Cycle Works. The gate is unlocked between the hours of 8:30 am - 6:00 pm every day. If you have an evening appointment, please text 510.590.2215 upon arrival and you will be escorted back to the studio. 

Regretfully, no. There is only room for you. We also want to you to enjoy yourself by getting some R&R.

We currently accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

We do not accept personal checks.

• Make sure that there is ample hair growth. If you do not have hair at least as long as a grain of rice, there's not much we can do for you.

• Do NOT shave in between appointments. Just let it grow. It won't kill you.

• GENTLY Exfoliate the area to be waxed at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Dry brushing is awesome! REFRAIN from using a chemical exfoliant, however.

• Stay hydrated and refrain from excessive alcohol consumption prior to your appointment.

• It's better to avoid bikini or brazilian waxes pre-menstrual. The area will be slightly more sensitive during this time. If you can't wait, we will still provide you services. You may take a form of pain relief prior to your appointment (recommended time of 30-45 mins prior)

• Refrain from wearing tight underwear or yoga pants. Loose and airy items are always best.

• Exfoliate and moisturize consistently! Be kind to your skin. It protects you each and every moment, so take care of it.
